Same-Day Delivery in NYC

Free same-day delivery in NYC Monday-Saturday when you call or text your order to 833-736-8727 by 3pm EST. Subject to product availability.

Please allow up to 3 hours from the time your order is placed for processing and delivery. You will receive a text notification when your order is on its way.

Order Processing Time

It is our top priority to ensure your jewelry arrives on your reservation date.

Our delivery time starts when you place your order and includes a 48-hour period to process and ship your orders.

Fashion emergency? Orders placed by 3pm EST Monday-Friday ship the same day. That means if your desired jewelry is still available on the booking calendar, the earliest you can receive your order is 2 business days. Need it sooner? If you're in the NYC tri-state area, call 833-RENTRCR.

Tracking Your Order

We'll send you an email notification with a live tracking link when your order is on its way. You can sign up for text updates, too.

P.O. Boxes

We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please use a physical residential or business address when placing your order.

APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses

Due to military handling and shipping times, we are unable to deliver to these addresses.

Rental Returns

How to Return Your Jewelry

A prepaid FedEx return shipping label is provided with every order. Send your jewelry back to us on the final day of your rental following these steps:

  1. Place your jewelry back in the red boxes
  2. Include a copy of your invoice in the box
  3. You can reuse your shipping box (cover the original label with your new one)
  4. Drop off at a FedEx location

If you lose your prepaid label, email support@redcapretrocks.com or call 833-RENTRCR. We'll provide you with a new label.

If you lose your invoice, log in to your account and click "My Orders" to print a new one.

Late Returns

Your jewelry must be sent back to us on the 4th (final) day of your rental, even if it falls on a Sunday.

If your return is not received at Red Carpet Rocks within 2 business days of your final rental date, a fee equal to ⅓ the retail value will be charged for every 24-hour period thereafter.

Order Cancellation & Refunds

To receive a full refund, you must cancel your order more than 14 days prior to the scheduled ship date of your order.

If you cancel within 14 days of your rental, you will receive a credit toward a future rental.

Purchased Returns

Returns Policy

For online and showroom orders, we accept jewelry in new condition with original packaging for a full refund. You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your order to send your jewelry back (FedEx must scan your package by the 14th day). Return shipping is always free.

Your refund will be credited back to the original form of payment upon receipt. Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your card.

We will not accept returns beyond the 14 days or if the jewelry is damaged, noticeably worn, or if the jewelry box is used as the shipping box.

Red Carpet Rocks reserves the right to monitor returns for misuse and refuse service when needed.

How do I return an order?

Returns by Mail:
Email support@redcarpetrocks.com with your oder number to request a return. We will email you a prepaid return label.

Returns to the NYC Showroom:

  1. Book an appointment to visit the showroom
  2. Note you are returning in the jewelry pull request box
  3. Please bring your receipt and original packaging

Exchanges

Exchanges are free and allowed only within the 14 calendar day window. Please email support@redcarpetrocks.com to facilitate your exchange.

Final Sale

Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

    Do I need a receipt?

    Including a receipt with your order expedites your return. If you don’t have it, please write your order number on your box. You can call customer service, if you can’t find it, at 833-736-8727. If we are unable to find a record of sale, and we choose to issue you a return, your refund will be issued in the form of store credit or merchandise card. 

    Can I use the same label for multiple orders?

    No. A new label needs to be created for each order.

    Is there a shipping fee for returns?

    No, return shipping is always free when you use the provided prepaid return label.

    Are there restocking fees?

    No.

    I don't have the original packaging anymore. What do I do?

    Carefully wrap the jewelry in bubble or secure packaging and affix the return label on a FedEx Express Pak bubble mailer.

    What if my return is late?

    All returns must be postmarked within 14 calendar days of delivery and received in new, unworn condition with original packaging. Any jewelry received after this date is ineligible for return and will be returned to you. 

    My jewelry is a gift. Can I return it?

    You may request an exchange. If you select a piece of lower value, you will be issued a store credit. For anything of higher value, we will ask for your credit card information to pay the difference.

    Price Adjustments

     A one-time price adjustment will be processed on request when an item has been reduced within 14 days of the original purchase date. This credit is refunded to the original method of payment.

    Rental Questions

    How long can I keep my jewelry?

    The rental period is 4 days: your delivery date is the 1st day and your jewelry must be shipped back the 4th day.

    Can I pay for additional days?

    At present, we only offer 4-day rentals. If you would like to keep the jewelry longer, please call us at 833-RENTRCR (833-736-8727) or email support@redcarpetrocks.com.

    Can I reserve jewelry in advance?

    Reservations can be made up to 3 months in advance.

    Can I reserve multiple dates in one order?

    No. All jewelry must be reserved for the same date in one order. A separate order needs to be placed for a different delivery date.

    Do you require a security deposit?

    No, a security deposit is NOT required!

    What time will my jewelry arrive? When do I return?

    Your jewelry will arrive on the first day of your rental period by 8 p.m. if you ship to a residential address or 4:30 p.m. if you ship to a business. You must return jewelry back to us on the final day of your rental before your last FedEx Express pick up, even if the date falls on a Saturday or Sunday.

    What happens if my jewelry doesn’t arrive within the specified time?

    You're renting for a special occasion, and we get that. If your order does not arrive on time, please call us immediately at (833) 736-8727 or email support@redcarpetrocks.com. Your next rental is on us.

    Can I buy something I’m renting?

    If you fall in love with your rental and would like to purchase the jewelry, we'll apply your rental fee to the retail price. Please call us at (833) 736-8727 or email support@redcarpetrocks.com.

    How do I cancel/reschedule my order?

    Please call (833) 736-8727 or email support@redcarpetrocks.com to reschedule your shipment. If you are ordering without a membership if your order is more than 14 days prior to the scheduled delivery, you will receive a FULL refund. If you cancel 14 days or fewer prior to the delivery date, we will credit any future rental you place as a store credit.

    When will I receive a refund if I cancel an order?

    Our refund is immediately processed after you cancel your order. A refund will be issued only if the order is cancelled greater than 14 days from the scheduled delivery date. Jewelry purchased and returned will receive a refund as soon as the return is received.

    What happens if I lose or damage an item?

    We understand that some wear and tear may be inevitable. If the item is damaged beyond repair or not returned, the fee is the retail price of the item.

    What happens if I don't return my jewelry on time?

    If you miss the last FedEx Express pick up on the final day of your rental, you will incur a late fee equal to one third (1/3) of the rental fee for every 24-hours after the rental period until we receive your order.

    What if I don’t like the jewelry or it doesn’t go with my outfit?

    Please email us immediately at support@redcarpetrocks.com or call 833-RENTRCR if you are unhappy with your order for any reason. We can either help you find another piece or give you credit toward a future rental.

    What is the condition of the jewelry? How is it cleaned?

    The jewelry you rent is indistinguishable from new. Our team inspects every item and is cleaned in an Ultrasonic cleaner. We have an in-house repair and polishing department to make certain that each jewel is perfect.

    What if the style I want is not currently available on my event date?

    We have an abundance of choices and hope you have many favorites to choose among for your event. If you need style help, please email stylist@redcarpetrocks.com.
