When you rent any of our products (collectively “Product”) from our online store on this website (“store”), as part of the checkout process we collect the personal information you give to us, such as your name, physical address, email address, payment card account number, expiration date, and security code. We will use this information only for the purpose of completing your order through our store and to periodically communicate with you. Such communication may include but not be limited to notifications as to the status of your order and promotional offers related to future purchases with us.

Additionally, when you browse our store, we automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address to help us learn about your browser and operating system.

We will not sell any of your information or data to any third party.

By using this website and our store, you grant to us the right to communicate with you by email about our Product, offers to rent our Product, and other promotional matters concerning our offerings. Included in each such communication will be a link that you can click to unsubscribe from such promotional communications. We will then immediately cease all promotional communication with you.

How do I withdraw my consent?
You may not withdraw your consent as to us collecting and storing your personal information that we require in order to process a transaction for you through our store. We may disclose your personal information to certain third parties as described in Section 5, and we may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Service Terms.

SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you through our store.

Your data, including the information and data described in this statement, is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application. Shopify Inc. stores your data on a secure server behind a firewall. We do not participate in the structure or maintenance Shopify Inc.’s website security systems, and you agree to release us from any and all claims you may have in the event of a breach of any such security system that results in any losses or damages to you.

Payment:

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase through our store, then Shopify Inc. will store your credit card data. Shopify Inc. has represented to us that such data is encrypted by them through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS); that your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction; and that after a transaction is completed, your purchase transaction information will be deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

By using our store, you are deemed to have read this privacy statement in its entirety and to agree to release us from any and all claims you may have in the event of a breach of any security system operated by Shopify Inc. that results in any losses or damages to you.

We may use third parties, such payment gateways and transaction processors, to assist us in processing your transactions through our store. To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed while it is in our possession or control.

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption.  Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards. Notwithstanding the foregoing, a breach of our security systems may occur.

Additionally, as described above, we are not always able to ensure the security of your personal data when it is used by a third party provider. By using our store to make purchases, you agree to bear the risk that your information may come into the possession of persons who may misuse it.

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that they can continue to sell products to you.

SECTION 9 – COOKIES

Here is a list of cookies that we use. We’ve listed them here, so you can choose if you want to opt-out of cookies or not.

_session_id, unique token, sessional, Allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc).

_shopify_visit, no data held, Persistent for 30 minutes from the last visit, Used by our website provider’s internal stats tracker to record the number of visits

_shopify_uniq, no data held, expires midnight (relative to the visitor) of the next day, Counts the number of visits to a store by a single customer.

cart, unique token, persistent for 2 weeks, Stores information about the contents of your cart.

_secure_session_id, unique token, sessional

storefront_digest, unique token, indefinite If the shop has a password, this is used to determine if the current visitor has access.

Cookies are small text files stored on your computer. The data saved in the cookies make the use of our services as comfortable as possible for you, not only for your current use of the respective service but also beyond it. If you don’t want to allow permanent cookies, you can deactivate permanent cookies in your browser. If you deactivate session cookies, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to use all of our services without limitations. Additionally, third-party widgets such as YouTube or Flickr may install cookies depending on their configuration. You are not required to accept any cookies to use this site.

SECTION 10 – GOOGLE ANALYTICS

We use a tool called “Google Analytics” to collect information about use of this website. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit this website, what pages they visit, and what other sites they used prior to coming to this site. We use the information we get from Google Analytics only to improve this site. Google Analytics collects only the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit this site, rather than your name or other identifying information. We do not combine the information collected through the use of Google Analytics with personally identifiable information. Although Google Analytics plants a permanent cookie on your web browser to identify you as a unique user the next time you visit this site, the cookie cannot be used by anyone but Google. SECTION 11 – FACEBOOK CONVERSION TRACKING PIXEL

With your permission, our website utilizes the Conversion Tracking Pixel service of Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave., Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”). This tool allows us to follow the actions of users after they are redirected to a provider’s website by clicking on a Facebook advertisement. We are thus able to record the efficacy of Facebook advertisements for statistical and market research purposes. The collected data remain anonymous. This means that we cannot see the personal data of any individual user. However, the collected data are saved and processed by Facebook. We are informing you on this matter according to our information at this time. Facebook is able to connect the data with your Facebook account and use the data for their own advertising purposes, in accordance with Facebook’s Data Use Policy found under: https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/.
